Management Team

The company was founded on June 30, 2004 , with the mission of bringing effective and affordable technology to SMBs. More importantly, our customers should not be buying technology. They should buy our solutions.

Mr C C Tan, our Business Director earned his MBA from a prestigeous UK university in 1992 and brings with him many years of useful experiences in the distribution and implementation of successful IT products and services. He was recently certified by Interwoven for the sales and implemenation of their Document Management System and is also trained in Business Process Management Systems from Verity, Ultimus, and HandySoft. Mr Tan spent a decade of his career in the Office Automation Industry before joining the software industry in 1997 specialising in courseware development and online collaboration systems. He holds a Specialist Diploma in instructional design from the Nanyang Technological University . As a sales and marketing professional with qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Insitute of Export and CAM Foundation, he has a keen interest in the development and implementation of effective sales processes which include a sound knowledge of database mangement.

Our Creative Director, Ms Jan Wang, a degreed Graphic Designer from Curtin University, has participated in several large projects for many large corporations including Singapore Aviation Academy, SembCorp Marine, Jurong Shipyard, Health Promotion Board, AIMAC, and Health Science Authority.

Our ICT Director, Mr Sam Fung, will ensure all networks and hardware issues are resolved speedily. A qualified Microsoft certified engineer, Sam has also assisted in many pre-sales and after sales challenges to the full satisfaction of our valued clients.

Our Program Director, Leonard Tay, a Master Instructional Designer, has more than ten years of track records in the Technical, Business Development and Training Consultancy field of Information Technology servicing public sector ministries, statutory boards and other corporate organizations. He is currently an independent consultant specialising in working with organizations to provide IT and instructional design training solutions for staff development and re-profiling requirements as well as partner with infocom system integrators to manage the training phase of large scale turnkey application system projects.

In the areas of e-learning instructional design, he has developed and worked on prototype e-learning solutions with several academic institutions in order to prepare staff to integrate IT into training and instruction. He earns his Master ID degree from NTU and after completing his BA degree in Management Information Systems.

He has also been involved in providing training services in the area of e-content development for staff of many commercial companies and academic institutions.
